Can I return my purchase?
We do not accept returns or refunds.
Can I exchange the items purchased?
• Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving the item at the following outlets with the order confirmation / invoice.

2. Northview Bizhub, Yishun Industrial St 1, #01-12, S768090
• Please make sure the item(s) is in original condition, with the original packaging, original tags, unworn outdoors, unwashed and unaltered.
• Our exchange policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear.
• In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept returns or refunds on accessories unless they are defective or the wrong item was sent.
• Medifeet reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item(s) before processing any returns or exchanges. Medifeet’s decisions on exchanges are final.
• Exchanges are only allowed once per order for items bought in Singapore
What if I have purchased a defective item?
Our sincere apologies if is the case. We will replace the item for a new one, based on availability.
